Irena Jakimovska

Wolfgang Maringer

Mr. Maringer is the Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Skopje, part of the GFG Alliance. He holds a degree in Material Sciences and Engineering from the Saarland University in Germany. He has over 25 years experience in the steel industry starting as Technical Customer Support for Sollac in Florange, France; and additionally working on locations such as Sagunto, Spain and AM South Africa as Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager, among others. Mr. Maringer joined the Macedonian steelworks in 2014 as CTO and as of 2015, he took over the position of CEO.

Sheri Adegbenro

Sheri Adegbenro is a Seasoned Strategic and Forensic Auditor with over 23 years experience both locally and internationally spanning across Consulting, Mortgage, Pension, Hospitality, Entertainment and Energy industry.

She started her career in the United States of America with Hotel Employees Restaurant International Welfare & Pension Fund Union (HERIU) as Audit Associate, Freddie Mac as Audit Manager, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC) as Senior Audit Manager.

Sheri’s wealth of over 2 decades experience spanned across Auditing, investigations, assurance engagement, governance, Due diligence, Consulting, Risk Management, Advisory and Forensic.

Following her passion being consummated in Energy Sector, she relocated to Nigeria to join Kano Electricity Plc as Head of Control and Compliance and currently with Eko Electricity Distribution PLC as Chief Audit and Compliance Officer.

Sheri obtained her First Degree in Accounting from the City University Brooklyn college and obtained her Masters degree with in Focus in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College.

Additionally, in her quest for professionalism and expertise she has bagged different Professional Certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Control Self Assessment (CCSA) and Certified Risk Management (CRMA).

Sheri is a positive thinking, energetic and resourceful Auditor with exceptional leadership abilities. As a leader, she has excelled in building highly productive and motivated team that has helped in improving the company’s performance both locally and internationally.

In furtherance to her knowledge acquisition, she had over the years attended several trainings both locally and internationally.

She is married with two wonderful Male Children and also privileged to hold dual citizenship both in Nigeria and United State of America.

Meanwhile, Sheri relocated from the United States of America (USA) to Nigeria to pursue her passion for Energy industry.

Ljupcho Georgiev

Ljupcho Georgiev is Microsoft’s General Manager for Macedonia and Kosovo  and President of AmCham Macedonia.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in:

Leading and organizing all sales & management activities, coordinating sales, support, finance, logistics and marketing.

Building partner network and business development of new leads.

Work closely with the cross functional departments of marketing, engineering, business development, product management, product marketing, product management, operations teams and other internal constituents to help determine business and technical needs and ensure these requirements are conveyed to the appropriate organizations.

Help establish cooperative support arrangements with partners and internal constituents to help drive engagements. These will encompass service and support processes, escalation procedures, and methods and metrics to ensure mutual customer satisfaction.

Perform process improvement activities with internal constituents and partners to improve overall customer satisfaction and partnership value.

Supporting the annual sales planning process, together with our global sales leadership and finance teams.

Aneta Antova Peseva

Aneta Antova Peseva is an Entrepreneur, Innovator, Mentor and Philanthropist, Co-founder and co-owner and CEO of ULTRA Computing/Unet Group, Honorary Consul of Canada in North Macedonia, President of MASIT – ICT Chamber of Commerce (Macedonian Association of Information Technology), National Representative of International Inner Wheel and First District Chairman of District 255 Macedonia, Mentor for the Macedonian Mentoring Network and Invest for the Future program.

She is Graduated electronic engineer of Computer Science and Automation at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering – University Center for Mathematics and Technical Sciences – St. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje. As for her private life, she is married to Antoni Peshev and they have 2 children: Tea Pesheva, daughter, and Petar Peshev, son.

Engr. John Ayodele

Engr. John Ayodele is a distinguished Electrical Engineering graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria. A versatile executive and engineering management professional, with an unparalleled history of success spanning more than 35 years in Government agency management, engineering operational oversight, strategic policy formulation, engineering design and execution.

His career spans over a myriad of strategic roles and functions like; The Director, Telecoms and Postal Services, with Federal Ministry of Communications Technology, Nigeria, The Director, Investment and Sector Development Federal Ministry Of Power, Abuja, Nigeria, The Executive Director (Operations), Power Holding Company Of Nigeria (PHCN) Nigeria, The General Manager (Technical Services), PHCN and a repertoire of others.

Engr. Ayodele is a family man who enjoys playing golf at his leisure. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, (NSE), and has served as Chairman of the Electrical Division of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).

Lidija Nanus

Lidija Nanus is a Managing Director of Deloitte North Macedonia since January 2004. She obtained her academic education at the Faculty of Economics, University St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje and graduate studies at Northern Illinois University in USA, major in the field of accountancy and auditing under Fulbright fellowship program. She holds a license for Certified Auditor.

Lidija Nanus has more than 25 years of experience in the field of auditing, financial consulting and training on International Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.

She served in numerous client serving and leadership roles, thus acquiring professional experience in auditing, accounting advisory and consultancy. Besides that, she participated in implementation of IFRS in the country, translation of IFRS, support in drafting the legislation and establishing the professional body.

Drs. JOke Land

Drs. JOke Land, MSc. is a well-known international organisational and social-personality psychologist, systemic specialist and internationally certified Master BHNM®NLP trainer. She is certified as an NLP Master Trainer by NLPU University and by the ABNLP.

She and her team are working Internationally with all kinds of staff and management teams from all kind of Institutes, organizations and departments of governments.

Specialised in tracking down the hidden systemic movements in teams. We are opening up the cooperation flow again of all the employees or between staff and management or between departments of organization.  Building new organizational structures or change organizational processes to let the organization be successful again

Stefan Peter

Stefan Peter currently serves in his fifth year as CEO and President of the Management Board of EVN Macedonia AD. EVN produces, distributes and supplies electricity to business customers and more than 700.000 household customers in the Republic of North Macedonia. Stefan recently was re-elected as President of the Foreign Investors Council within the Economic Chamber where he is Vice-President as well. He has 20 years of experience in the energy sector in various leading positions in Austria and Bulgaria. Stefan studied in US, Russia, China and India and graduated at the University of Minnesota, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Applied Science Campus Vienna.

Daniela Kitanova

Daniela Kitanova has been active in the energy sector, more precisely in the distribution sector of the Republic of Macedonia for 24 years. Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, she has been employed as Head of AOP in the Branch of Electricity in her hometown Strumica from the very beginning, as to later become director of that subsidiary.
Since 2006, she has been working as a Coordinator for 8 subsidiaries in the southeastern part of Macedonia, and has been actively involved in all the reorganization processes that followed after the privatization of ESM and the arrival of EVN Austria. In 2009, she returns to operation as Head of Customer Center – KEC Gjorce Petrov, which is part of the Skopje region and its settlements.

Currently she is Head of Customer Energy Center – KEC Gevgelija, which covers consumption in the far south of the country, to the border with Greece. Her responsibilities are mostly concentrated in the area of distributive operations, which include personal cooperation and contacts with end customers, both in terms of ongoing care as well as new connections. In addition, she is also responsible for the exploitation and maintenance of energy facilities that are located in this consume. She has participated in a large number of projects in various fields of energetics before and after the privatization. She is actively involved in projects aimed at training young staff for work necessities in the energy sector.

Vladimir Chadikovski MD, PhD

Vladimir Chadikovski MD, PhD is eminent pediatric surgery specialist and subspecialist in neonatal cardiac surgery.

He started his career as Pediatric Surgeon at the University Clinic for Pediatric Surgery at Clinical Centar in Skopje becoming in 2018 the first licensed Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon in the country. He was promoted to a Chief of the Department for Pediatric Cardiac Surgery and Intensive Care Unit at the Clinical Centar and up to now he is continiously developing his skills and career in the same direction.

At the moment he works at Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon and Pediatric Surgeon at Acibadem Sistina Clinical Hospital .

Dr Chadikovski is working for over 20 years on a very subtle and very responsible position, in order to develop this area of medicine in the country and demostrates that with a lot of positive energy and dedication it is possible to achieve ambitious goals in our country.

Hristina Spasevska

Hristina Spasevska is full professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje and Head of the Institute of Mathematics and Physics. She is specialized in the field of new materials and technologies for Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Efficiency, Innovation and Technology Transfer.

Hristina Spasevska is president of the Association of the Engineering Societies – Engineering Institution of Macedonia, director of the Centre for Solar Technologies – SOLTEC, member of the World Renewable Energy Congress, president of the Metrology Council on the National Bureau for Metrology, member of Management Board of Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers, national member of the Horizon 2020 Programme Committee and Fellow of the TRIL Programme on International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste.

In the last ten years she is coordinator or participant in more than 15 R&D national and international projects in the FP7, EUREKA, Horizon 2020, IPA and COST Programmes, projects financed by International Atomic Energy Agency, World Bank, Central European Initiative and Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia. She is so-author of more than 50 scientific papers.

Linn Rejström

Linn Rejström is the Director of Recruitment and Talent Processes in the Swedish state owned energy company Vattenfall. She has been working in different roles in Vattenfall for 19 years, as Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Business Intelligence Manager and the last three years within Staff Function HR, responsible for Recruitment and Talent Processes. Linn has a master degree in Finance and Business studies. She lives in Uppsala, Sweden, with her two children.

Jasmine Böhm (Jasmine Boehm)

Jasmine Boehm is a diversity and sustainability manager with 20 years of professional experience.

She works as an independent consultant and trainer for private sector companies, regional governments and international organizations. Currently she is engaged as Senior Change Management Advisory and Change Management Coach in Engendering Utilities, a USAID funded program with the aim to strengthening the Energy Sector through Gender Equality. Contracted with Tetra Tech – a global consulting and engineering firm –  she supports energy utilities in Africa, Latin America, Middle East, Asia and Europe in increasing women’s participation in the work force.

Jasmine also served as Sustainability Manager in one of Austria’s largest industrial companies – OMV – responsible for multiple award winning sustainability programs in more than 20 countries worldwide. With her own consultancy firm she also supported clients such as Shell, Microsoft , Siemens and many others to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.

She is a published author and speaker at international conferences.

Jasmine studied in Austria and in the US.

Sylvia Liuti

Director of European projects, Quality Assurance and Gender Equality

Graduated in Economics, Executive Open Program from Bocconi School of Management in “Training design and management”, since 1991 she has been working in Vocational Education and Training and Adult Learning. In 1997, together with other two partners, she founded FORMA.Azione srl a private consultancy company, accredited training centre, working with ESF and other public funds, for the designing and implementation of VET and Qualification courses targeting youth, low-skilled adults, women and unemployed people. In this field she designed the training activities according to competence-oriented approach. She is currently responsible of EU projects management, Gender Equality and Quality Assurance System.

After having personally experienced difficulties and gender stereotypes in being both entrepreneur and mother, in 2001 she attended the Executive Master for “Gender equality policy experts in the Labour Market”. Then she supported public and private companies in acquiring competencies and skills and developing more gender equality friendly working places.

She recently defined the first European Minimum Standard of Competencies on Gender Equality, for professional acting in transition phases, aimed at equipping those professionals with the right competences to not discriminate and to valorise gender equality at the workplaces and alongside career guidance. In 2017 she coordinated the Transnational project GET – Gender Equality Training to overcome Unfair Practices in education and labour market, funded, by the European Commission – DG JUSTICE through the Rights Equality and Citizenship Programme.

With relation to specific professional areas of work she is Expert of Gender Equality in the Labour Market, Senior Trainer of Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Gender equality, and also Project management and Coordination of Transnational projects at EU level.

She has two sons of 23 and 21 years old.
